Wonderful Week! Amazing Home with Everything you could want!
My friends and I spent the week at the amazing Sequoia Falls home in Three Rivers. From the moment we drove past the gate and walked to the front door we knew this place was perfect. Not only was it an amazing location right on the river but the house itself was beautifully designed and very well thought of. The owner's thoughtfulness was amazing and every detail was greatly appreciated The house has all of the amenities that you could need while staying in a rental: Coffee, Tupperware, Gas BBQ, etc. Hopefully, I will have the joy of getting to visit Sequoia Falls again in the future. If you have the chance to stay here DO NOT MISS IT.

This house far exceeded our expectations and the location was superb.
We celebrated our sons 5th birthday while we were here and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! Thank you Chris for being a great host and being always available to answer my questions.

Our family spent a perfect and memorable 5 days at Sequoia Falls celebrating my parents’ 50 year anniversary. My parents love the outdoor but don’t have the health to go to it and we were glad we brought it to them with Sequoia Falls. The 8 of us has plenty of room to roam and explore , inside and outside! The house is clean, open and inviting with every corner of the space designed and decorated with the personal touches and details that you’d find in a loving home and never expect in a rental property. The kitchen is more fully stocked than most homes I’ve seen. The beds are super comfortable with probably 20 inch memory foam mattresses. Bathrooms and showers are so clean and, yes, we did use the sauna once! There are so many sitting areas outside for families to congregate, including the fire ring for s’mores by the campfire. The best part is the river frontage that comes with this property. The water is so clear and cool, offering to best swims on the summer days. Our son even caught a fish! We were there 5 days and only left the property once to go into the Sequoia National Park which is 4mi away. Chris has created magical spaces like this before with Kaweah Falls which we were lucky enough to have had stayed at 4 years ago. That was our most favorite vacay rental until Sequoia Falls. Just see the photos and watch the video of the place, then multiply all that awesomeness by 10. Sequoia Falls, just like its predecessor Kaweah Falls, should be in the Better Homes & Gardens magazines. We can’t wait to come back!

As my almost four year old stated so perfectly upon arrival, "This place is a little piece of heaven." We were welcomed by a big bowl of chips and homemade salsa, the home open and ready for us. There are beautiful little touches everywhere you look. Hammocks, swings, meditation benches...and of course the river which is with you everywhere you go. It feels quite epic. The beds are super comfortable (love that there are multiple king beds!) and there is privacy for everyone should you want it. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved the fire pits. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to return. Thank you for creating this special place, the perfect recharge for the urban dweller!

We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing three nights at Three Rivers. Even the great photos on airbnb did not prepare us for the beauty of the location and high quality of the home itself. A welcoming basket of fruits plus other snacks helped us unwind from the drive in. Our party of seven gives this home the highest possible recommendation, and hope to return in the near future.

Amazing Place
A very special house, super well-appointed. The proximity to the river is amazing. It was heaven. Really, really unique. We will remember it for a long long time. What a nice job the owners have done.

Everything about Sequoia Falls and the host was top-notch!
I loved that it was down by the river and so close to the entrance of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park, but the best part was the place as it was wonderfully furnished and stocked. The host kept in constant communication, usually within a few hours, and was able to give us helpful advice. Booking is pricey but so worth it, especially with a group because the house (and guest house) definitely has enough space.

Truly Special
It's hard to put into words just how special this home is. It's certainly beautifully designed with more places to rest and relax than any home I've been in, but it's all the plants and nature and roaring river that spoke to my heart. If you're considering it, do no hesitate. This place is truly magical. You won't want to leave. I cried when I had to.

A nice retreat with great friends
Three couples just returned from yet another great time at 3 Rivers thanks to this wonderful, picture perfect home "The Sequoia Falls". Chris thinks of everything you might need during your stay and has it all at your fingertips. The home is beautiful inside and out with sitting places to relax, read and gather for conversation all throughout the property. All 3 couples rent homes all over the world and this is going down at one of the best yet! So relaxing and the travel (we flew) from San Diego is so easy which is an added bonus. We all can't wait to return and enjoy it all over again! Thanks for sharing your special place for us to enjoy. I'm sure you have put a lot of hard work into making Sequoia Falls so perfect and we appreciate your efforts! Pauline and her friends from San Diego.

I don’t think there is a better home to stay in anywhere near Sequoia. There’s an absolute calm that takes over your hurried over stimulated mind almost immediately. Be prepared to fall in love with this place . Be prepared to ask if you can stay a few extra days.

Spectacular!!!
We were not able to make it out to Chris's river house but were lucky enough to spend couple of days at Sequoia Falls. The pictures (which are amazing) do not begin to do justice. The locations is amazing. The house just adds to this. There are so many well thought out sitting locations that you can have a different view for every meal. It is truly designed for you to enjoy the rive and outdoors in the lap of luxury. Thank you Chris for sharing this with us. I hope we can make it out again soon.

Beautiful Home and Setting
Our family of six had an amazing time at this gorgeous home right on the river. Our boys loved playing on the rocks and exploring. There are many relaxing areas to sit and relax all around the property. Even with several days of rain, we loved lounging on the porch with the fire pit. The house is also less than an hour's drive to the heart of Sequoia, where we saw the General Sherman and other majestic Sequoia trees. We definitely hope to return in the future and highly recommend this home to others!

Vacation homes are sometimes not as nice as they appear on a website, but the opposite is the true for your home! The house & guest house, the 3 acre property, the river & rocks, the deck, the view, the fire pit on the sandy beach, the trees & greenery, and more were beyond our expectations. A Beautiful Property and Wonderful Host
Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us for our week at World Ag. Coming home everyday to a place like this after standing for 9+ hours in a booth outside was a much-appreciated treat. Highlights of our stay included visiting Sequoia National Park, watching the 2018 Winter Olympics on your huge flat screen, cooking on the grill and sharing home-cooked meals on the dining table, enjoying steam showers and smoothies in the Vitamix each morning, and walking the grounds of the property. The house and grounds are stunning.
We stayed for three nights and had an amazing time. The house and grounds are stunning. They're beautiful, well taken care of, and make you feel like you're someplace very special. The home is also very well stocked and Chris pays attention to every detail. This house was the nicest and most interesting we've ever stayed at. We were with some children (3 to 9 years old) and the river was fantastic to play in and around. Note, the flow was between 80-140 CFM, which is pretty low... so we felt safe with the older kids playing with minimal supervision. Check the flow if you're bringing kids. At much higher flow rates, we would have felt like we had to watch the kids with an eagle eye and set some very strict rules. This river is no joke when it's flowing. Chris was responsive and gave us some great recommendations too. A+ place and trip all around. Highly recommended!

One of the most perfect properties
This is our second stay at one of Chris' properties. WE can't say thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home. We walked in to find dog beds for the dogs, bones, blankets and a christmas tree. PERFECTION!

This house has definitely got to be one of the very best Airbnb or holiday rentals we've ever stayed in. A beautiful house, with every home comfort you can possibly imagine. Beautifully decorated, loads of amazing places to sit, read and enjoy the stunning views of the river, pools and mountains. The attention to detail was second to none - both inside and out. We could have spent a fortnight just enjoying the extension book collection and exploring the garden, river, rocks and various places to hang out. Easy to use fires meant we could sit outside in the evening in December. The separate guest house was beautiful too. Communication with Chris was great, and they'd even organised us a welcome snack of various dips & tortilla chips. Really well stocked kitchen and all the essentials we needed. Three Rivers village is lovely, the locals were super friendly. And it's only a very short drive to the entrance of the Sequoia National Park which is worth tearing yourself away from the beautiful house for! We visited all the way from Scotland, but definitely want to come back again - next time for longer than 4 nights.
