This one-of-a-kind riverfront refuge is the ultimate base camp for exploring the Sequoia National Park, and Mineral King, the ideal meeting place for families and friends, and a creative sanctuary for those seeking inspiration and renewal away from the hassles of the city.

The home is located on a former gathering site of native American Indians, as evidenced by the mortars carved into the granite boulders and the pestle that was found on the property years ago. Perched above the Kaweah River and floating among a variety of oaks (blue, interior, live, & valley), the home has the feel of a Big Sur-inspired Japanese treehouse. Today this beautiful spot continues to serve as a communal place for humans to reconnect with nature and each other.
