"This place is perfect."
This place is perfect. Just magical and has absolutely anything and everything you might need to enjoy your stay. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed he has ever slept on. Dogs were in heaven and the property is super secure for them. Can't recommend this property enough and will most definitely be back.

"Every one of us felt sad to leave!"
We had a family of 7 over Christmas and the place was absolutely perfect! Had everything (and more) that we needed, layout of house is exceptional, so many places to relax on the property, river frontage is prime, stocked with games and activities for whole family. Every one of us felt sad to leave!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The river access is great, huge benefit. The amenities and details of this place are amazing. The quality of products and furnishings in the house are top notch, with details not even listed. Steam room in the bathroom, plenty of blankets, awesome guest house. No regrets!

I cannot put into words how amazing, beautiful, unique, peaceful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing this stay was. We took my mom there for her 80th birthday and she did not want to leave the home. There is so much to do, to see, and to just enjoy on the property, that it's worth every penny spent. I would equate this to a zen meditation retreat...you have to see it to really appreciate what Chris has built. Thank you for the amazing experience and memories with my family. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is THE BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at, hands down! Our hiking group of 8 stayed here and each one of us agree that this home is spectacular in every way! First, the surroundings of the home on the river are INCREDIBLE! We didn't want to leave the home and outdoor area to go hiking each day as it was so serene, comfortable and there are so many places to relax inside and outside the home. The home is equipped with everything you need, and Chris has not forgotten any details to make the home comfortable. All you need to do is buy food and drink and everything you could need is there, including reverse osmosis water! The house is decorated so wonderfully, the beds are comfortable, every thing is up to date, so much room to spread out and the guest cottage is fabulous! I could go on and on. On top of all this greatness, Chris is so easy to communicate with - responses quickly, has all your questions answered in a document you receive ahead of time. Don't miss this gem!

Don’t worry about packing anything other than clothes and a few adult beverages They supply the rest If you want a great spot that’s close enough to the covenant of a store but feel like you have the entire river to yourself then this is the home for you!

“Words cannot do this place justice. The home and property are absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for our 3 teenagers and family of 5 to spread out, everyone had their privacy when they wanted it, and the beach area and river is just awesome. Every thing we wanted to do they had ready for us- games, fire pit, coffee bar, river towels….really our best Airbnb stay ever. Chris was super responsive, instructions were simple and easy to follow, good restaurant recommendations, and just minutes away from Sequoia National Park. Absolutely 5 stars!”

You can see the care that Chris put in to this property everywhere you look, right down to the gorgeous landscaping and even the irrigation. This house reflects the surroundings beautifully and Chris has thought of everything you might need. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen fully stocked with spices, oils, vinegars, etc., and it includes rice cookers, crockpots, InstaPots, you name it, and plenty of dishes for entertaining (I love to cook). The beds are TemperPedic-type and very comfortable as well. And they have gone above and beyond to welcome your pets as well with water dishes scattered throughout, dog beds, etc. The staff are as friendly and attentive as the owners. You truly won't regret staying here.”
